Next time...maybe use one or two fine metal sieve baskets to do a quick drain of your solvent...I typically will wash material, AFTER HAVING BEEN DRIED AND CURED, then frozen in your wash jar of choice, along with the bottle of solvent, ie iso 99% for me, for at least over night. No longer than two minutes...remember...its quick wash. Typically I do about 57 secs then drain as fast as possible. Once here, it can sit for a bit . I would keep it as cold as possible until final filtering through coffee filters. I use Mason jars for all....works great.
Once filtered, I use a small pot of boiling water( I have a single pot induction heater in my garage) LOTS OF VENTILATION OR OUTSIDE FOR FINAL EVAPORATION
I pour the final strained liquid into a square PYREX glass pan, set it on the just making steam pot of water, set a small fan directed to top of pyrex, when it is COMPETELY evaporated, scrape up with a razor or some equivalent and voila!
