Land of the Free? America has the most people in prison per capita in the world.
What is sick is the fact most of them are political prisoners, because what drugs are legal or illegal is a political choice.

Yet you will get American drug users defending their great nation thereby contributing to their own oppression. Just like the Jews who supported Hitler even while their own were being gassed just too stupid to understand what is in their own best interest.

I have a buddy that got 25 years for growing in Missouri. He had no priors of any kind. They nailed him to a wall. Now he is doing his time in Colorado where he can probably look out the cell window (if they have one) and see a dispensary or a warehouse grow in the distance.

Crazy man. How was he able to relocate to Colorado, was it the Feds who got him?

They've long since ground the Constitution under their boot heel.

Prisons for profit is just the latest guaranteed money maker for the corporate rentiers.

Fuck that state. They've got a reputation for harsh treatment for dangerous weed users. Yeah, the old man had a prior for weed so throw the book at him and let him dye in prison for his evil ways. The scum probably still burn witches there. Hate those fucking idiots.

Like many places with extreme drug laws, you'll discover there are two justice system; one for the rich and one for everyone else.

Ya some states aren't as weed friendly for sure. The judge said I was looking at 2 years for possession of less then a gram of weed and paraphernalia in North Dakota when I got arrested driving through that shithole state. 1 year for each. Bismarck is a shitty place is all I can say. I went back to Washington and had a court appointed attorney handle it for me and just ended up just paying a fine in the end. But South Dakota is no better, and a lot of those kind of states. So I am just thankful that I'm lucky enough to be in Colorado now, growing my own shit and not worrying about it.
