I hope not, a part of me really thinks that there is something to the whole 'prison is about scaring people from doing crime thing' in this case. I think it would send a better message if our justice system actually gives him significant jail time if he is found guilty in a court of law. And even if he has a mistrial, he still has everything that happened out in the public filings, so we get to know what happened in 2016 and on. Anyway you slice it, forces future monarchy-esc presidents from pulling this kind of shit again.
