Pollen problem

I have a male plant I want to extract pollen from, usually I just wait for their sacks to pop and gather the pollen. The problem is this male plant doesn't want to pop and I'm getting impatient. This plant is fully developed, how do I get pollen now?

i think he means to cut the pollen sacks open but not positive

Ideally you want to wait until they pop, but you can slice open the sacs with a razor blade. Obviously be carefull if you're doing this with females already flowering in the same space as the male(s). Try and wait it out some more, though if you can.
