Hello all. First post like ..uh..ever. So I have this cloner (OxyClone) and its working great and all but my question is this; how do I go about transferring these nice root filled clones to a bucket for hydro grow? I wanna put em in rockwool but I feel like that would smash the roots up and screw the whole clone over. Any ideas?

Yeah I don't think you'll need to go the route of rockwhool, or if you even could at this point. You should be fine to fill the netpot up half way full with hydroton, place the clone and it's freshly rooted roots in the half filled netpot, then hold it in place while you fill the rest of the hydroton in. I've only placed clones directly into DWC buckets one time, so perhaps someone more versed in clones and DWC can offer more specific advice on minimizing root stress during this process. But as long as you are very gentle while placing the clone and filling in the hydroton (as hydroton can be quite rigid if it scrapes on the roots), you should be good to go.

I am not familiar with an OxyClone but I root my clones until they have 6" or so of root hanging in the Ezclone and then I let the root fall between the net pot into the bucket and then gently fill with lava rocks. No need for any medium other than the lava rocks.
Depends on what you are going to do with them. If you are using net pots keep them in the cloner till the roots are long enough to reach the bottom of the net pots at the proper transplant height, meaning the part of the stem sticking out of the collar from the cloner should be the same as once it's transplanted. Most people use Hydroton/hydro balls. If you are top feeding just do your thing, if you are in dwc just make sure the water level is high enough so that the roots are in the water.

Where do you get your lava rocks from? My very first DWC my setup came with some lava rocks, but all I've been able to find available for purchase ever since is just regular hydroton. Which it works fine and all, I'd just really like to find lava rocks again.

Sorry for the confusion, I use hydroton, I don't know why I always call them lava rocks. I use the little red clay balls.

I like these hydrocorns.. find them a damn site easier then the round balls to get the dust off before using..

Hmmmm, so it's basically the exact same material as hydroton, except for that the hydrocorn isn't in perfectly round little balls? Sorry if I didn't understand properly.

Im really not sure tbh.. just that i found the corn easier to clean before use.. as the balls are very dusty..
Both need cleaning well before use still. And can be used washed and used again..
