Nice, I usually use the plus version of that same fan. They are awesome and should work nicely for you if you plan to run the COBs at lower than 85 watts. The GT version has a max TDP of 70w (thermal dissipation, not wattage of the COB). The Plus version has a max of 100w TDP. Did you decide on what COB/driver combo you’re going with yet?

20" x 20"
1" (1/8" thickness) angled aluminum
Driver grounded on frame. Run at 50W per cob it doesnt get anywhere near "hot" and you run quite efficiently. The "midle of the road" so to speak.
I use it to keep my mommas and cuts in my 2x4x5 tent.
Would probably do amazing for flowering in a 2x2 tent. Possibly may need to dim it @ 50W per sq ft? Thats pretty intense if you have a 4' tall tent or shorter.

The shipping will make it waaaaaaay not worth it from China
Herr buddy, use this instead. This way you're getting true 730nm diodes.

Yes, I saw it, where I live from China it does not take more than 15 days and that is for flowering so I have an advantage while I am in vegetation. And the shipping from US is more expensive so far than AliExpress.

But you said they’re bad? Or it has to be 730nm?

730nm is what triggers far red sleep. The diodes that Ali site is using DEEP RED 660 and it won't do the same thing.

That would work fine. Your input power from the line will be 108-124v (Standard in USA is 110, but there are some variances). That power adapter can handle up to 250v.
