I’d give them a few days just so they aren’t stressed to much and go Hermie on you. I used to defoliate but now I grow in living soil and depend on all my leaves for food.Quick question i was about to go into flower stage tonight. but i decided to defoliate them all.. they look pretty naked right now and all twisted.
Is this a good time to put them into flower or should i wait till they bounce back?
Thanks!

Can you provide any pictures? Elaborate on your feed and feed schedule.trying my first run on coco. plants were super healthy but now there all going slightly yellow on the tops
I run Calmag right now I do 2.5ml/Gallon maybe I need to add more or less hah.Either way, the calmag+ I got from botanicare fixed the same problem in my coco. Whether it was the nitrogen or the calcium and magnesium, I'm not completely sure. But coco needs a calmag supplement with each feeding is what I've found works best with mine and I see it alot on the forums. Try 3ml per gallon and see what happens. It's a fairly cheap supplement to buy.
Where you be in this great state of Alaska?Good times. I started with 3ml but ran 5ml a couple weeks later. Now I'm about to flip the lights this weekend, and I'm going to drop the calmag+, or maybe just cut down to 2ml max.
