Hello RIU!
Been lurking this forum for a few months and I finally decided to join and start a journal. Here is my bloom cabinet:
It started life as a Supercloset Supernova. As everyone warned me, Superclosets come with the cheapest parts available to start a grow, all in a metal storage cabinet. Over the last couple years I have gutted the entire thing - new ventillation, new reservoir system, new lighting. At this point I have a setup that is fairly optimized for growing 3 plants in a 2x4 space.
Lighting:
The light in here now is a QB fixture I built a few months ago. 3 * QB288s, one centered over each grow site in my RDWC rig. Between the 288s I have a pair of Growmau far red pucks for sleep initiation. On the edges I have 2 * QB18s for Emerson effect.
Current plants:
These are a trio of Liberty Hazes all cloned from the same original plant - they have all been manifolded nebula-haze style. Usually I would be scrogging them, but I am a bit time constrained this grow so will be doing a straight manifold.
My plan is to flip them to bloom this weekend. I am going to go with this schedule:
-13:20 of Full-spectrum boards
(Will be adding Emerson boards post-stretch)
-0:10 Far red pucks
-10:30 lights off
This may be the last grow I finish in this cabinet. I am getting a new room on my house this summer and will have a new basement area to set up a grow environment in. I'll likely be ordering a custom Green Qube tent for 4 better-spaced plants when I can do my next grow...
