Exactly. Not needed. That P number is a bit deceptive because the very low dilution rate of the high phosphorus synthetics. So they are basically high P supplements. In final watering mixture the 9-59-8 would be much more diluted than say a 20/20/20.
High P fertilizer is not all it’s cracked up to be. The need for very high P is also suspect. Very effective for a marketing ploy.
Thanks for the input man I’ll follow this advice and learn to grow like a pro just like you . Happy GrowingExactly. Not needed.
Hahahha, so true. The proof is in the marijuana plant problems section where people are 4 - 5 weeks into flower and then all those bloom boosters they dumped on their plants are causing havoc. Then you get the plethora of replies with advice from it's this micronutrient or that micronutrient deficiency. The standard picture chart of deficiencies is posted, someone says to add calmag, someone else says flush it with X pH'd water, etc... The root cause of the issue is from over fertilization.
What medium is that?Looks like my plants are still doing good! They smell amazing. The og kush has like a lemon/woody/chemical/otherworldly smell to it. The mystery Bubba has more of a fruity but still kind of fuel/chemical smell that I love. The smell is just awesome.
How do my plants look though brother?you said they look beautiful, they seem to look fine to me, do you see something in your crystal ball that I am missing? You seem to have some axe to grind here brother... Is there any point you want to make? The nutrients I used from the shop were cheap, easy to use, just followed the schedule, I seem to be looking at some pretty great results... is there anything relevant to my grow and it’s current thriving state which you would like to contribute?Yea, you are throwing too many variables into the mix. Then adding your additives and catylsts, etc. which is making things further out of wack. Then if you don't flush or water with adequate run off, you'll get salt build up.
I've never used fox farm but from what I've read, it's pretty hot on it's own.
And I always water to the point of having 10-30% runoff.Yea, you are throwing too many variables into the mix. Then adding your additives and catylsts, etc. which is making things further out of wack. Then if you don't flush or water with adequate run off, you'll get salt build up.
