We are here for you, that said, how far do you want to take this? Your mom committed a very serious Federal offense, just off the top of my head I can get her for 3-5 yrs in a Federal pen, ruin her life with a permanent Fed record. She will never be allowed to vote again and a whole host of other things. If she fights, I can get her up to 10 yrs and no Soc.Sec benefits, ever. Say the word and we can bury that bitch; after she gets out of the pen she'll have to peddle her ass at the Greyhound station for ramen. What do you say?

I just need to get through another month or two of saving up for a deposit and then i can have my own pad with a bong on the coffee table... you know... the dream...

Start looking at building your credit. You have a job so you should be able to pay off your expenses through a credit card and build that score. You're young so if you haven't tricked it off yet you can have a really healthy score in little to no time.

I'd try open communication channel and express your intent to move out. Sounds like that is the only option.
