What was obamacare? A push for universal HC. Stifled by the GOP which have lobbyists from insurance companies paying to tank the bill because then no more price fixing..

Taxing the wealthy? Yep, pretty sure the dems are for the taxes and infrastructure and the repubs are for small limited gov.. Repubs cut taxes that dems put in place.

Free education? Its not hard to get a loan and if you're poor there plenty of grants that subsidize your tuition and possibly pay for it all (don't have to pay back). School loans are notoriously low rates. If you go to class you can get scholarships. Lol you need to think a little..

Oh I agree reganomics was retarded. Trickle down? Ya, that's where the rich piss all over the poor. The dems been fighting a battle but look at the voting class. They are stupid and douped. The poverty south continually voted for GOP even though they draw on welfare mute than anybody. Look at fed funding per state, its the GOP states that uses more taxes than the dems states but they want to wine and cry about taxes. Its an entitled whiny baby personality that the GOP has coddled and blossomed into a strategy to keep control.

Obama was a good leader, its clear the dems are lacking in strong leadership now though. They get stuck on PC too much and shoot themselves in foot. Dems need a strong, take no b.s. type guy like trump but for the right reasons. Be a bully crusher..

Look at California, not republican ran and have less fighting to do w repubs, they got the higher wages, the subsidized schools, ect ect ect..

This is not a failure on both parties, this is a willful attempt to undermine the dems and raid the country for loot. There's the exceptions to every rule, but generally in the last 3 decades the dems have been for the lil guy the repubs for the rich.

Education is the key, and the Republicans have that arena locked up simply because their base, a lot of them at least, are under-educated dummies to put it simply.
Isn't that sad, that thru Democracy we allow the least educated, the most uninformed (more of them than us?), to make the most important decisions

Almost all Democrats have repeatedly voted for increased military spending and record 'Defense' budget increases.

If these are the people you think represent you, fine- but they don't represent me.

I'm sick and fucking tired of hearing about how they have the interests of the working and middle classes at heart when even a cursory look at their record screams exactly the opposite.

I'm voting for Bernie, or failing that another Socialist candidate. Runaway capitalism got us into this mess, in large part by buying our political system along with both parties. It is absurd to think that continuing to do the same thing will have any different result.

My representatives are pretty good. DeFazio, Wyden and Merkely. I'll vote for them again. Especially considering who Republicans in this state choose to run against them. Oh, and they represent me, then don't represent you. Unless you move to Oregon they never will.

It is too bad that you don't respect the choices of other people when they elect a Senator or Representative to represent them in Washington DC. Cult of Sanders are so anti-democratic. Why don't you guys (most ARE white men) just go out there and primary these bad Democrats?

Why didn't you Cult of Sanders just primary Bennet in 2016? I mean, you talk as if your opinion mattered. If true, why don't you just go out there and make people listen?.

Sanders lost his chance for the nomination on Apr 4, 2018 when he drove his campaign off the rails with a speech of his own negative and false revisionist history about the Obama administration in Jacksonville Mississippi.

He can't win the Democratic Party's nomination by using the Republican tactic of pandering to the white male voter. Very divisive leader, Bernie is.
