I'm trying my hardest this year to keep salts out of the soil and use organic only..it's all going well so far.
If used in the right amounts at the right time salts aren't a major problem and will boost yields but continued over use will destroy your soil

I know all plants are different..but based on lighting terms, at 4wks those heads should be a lot denser than that .. ??? I'm just trying to work out my lighting setup any input (positive input thanx @ruby fruit) lol .. would be a help15437988482060.023245371785440616.jpg

Glad your in Queensland mate ...u would get laughed out of my
town at 400...
Not saying it in a bad way but nothing gets past 280-300 here and even then its bone dry and that would have to be top shelf.
Mid 1990s was the last time I seen gear at 300-350 and that was hydro grown nlxhaze
Yeah its 240 to 280 an ounce here. I' know people who drive 4 hours to the goldcoast to pick up hydro for 400 and its shit. No one down here likes hydro. They prefer soil outdoor grown. And I'm yet to meet someone who asks for the name of the strain. I don't even get a chance to cure it .5 day dry and its gone

U could just add seasol to make it to a level of need though yeah... Instead of trying to flush extras out, sounds like you would have proper control of the soil from the start...

I think I'll play safe and feed only at once a fortnight a big drench...soil looks like it will hold it's own for a long time yet I like the chook manure better than cow shit already
You just have to be careful if you keep adding chook shit each year that your P levels don't end up too high. I'm moving away from most commercial animal by-products,there's too many antibiotics and GMOs used in there feed.

Seasol is an average product at best,I don't waste my money on it when there's so many better options for kelp that are in the same price range or cheaper
