My disk bulges inwards and its fucked.... But 15 yrs of back problems ,,, my stomach is fit as fuck ..it's the only thing keeping me upright.. but I feel for ya man , I can still deal with mine. Good luck
I'm only young so its not hard to push on..yeah I have a disk in my neck out of place and 2 in my lower back but its that nerve that gives me grief.and I have heard core strength is your best friend for back pain

So carrying a rock hard keg for a guts is petob not the definition of core strength I suppose lol

Yeah i have herniated discs in my back. Its the main reason i still work out. When i stop the pain comes back. I do yoga in the mornings because it stretches the nerve out over your muscles and aligns everything so the nerve doesnt pinch and strength training in the afternoons because when my muscles are strong it seems to prevent me putting my back out doing stupid things.

I used to gym twice a day but I'm getting preety sloppy at the moment and its giving me grief again. Your spot on man when I do fuck all that's when I notice the pain

It’s hard to say no when they are soo cheap, like I wouldn’t mind bying some expensive packs but would hate to spend all that money and be disappointed
I won't grow at least 3/4 of the ones I've got,they'll get used for presents or I'll trade stuff for them with guys that don't like getting seeds posted in

Missus just text and said the megacrop just arrived ...just in time for the December boom you beauty;)
Dec is the month I can see how big the plants can get before they hit stretch it's always a gd month for sunshine here

I mean I deal and eradicate mites all the time but to actually show it like that you done well man

thought id do it just in case anyone has mites and says: I'll deal with it tomorrow or in a week. those little buggers are devastating once their numbers get up

Yeah it was gd to see pics of a different plant species.
And yep long time ago I lost a potential pound plant due to mites and being inexperienced with eradication.
I see them every year in my area they are prob the number 1 post with whiteflies not far behind
