in all honesty i think you're fine the only reason people flush is for salt buildup from the nutes apparently it makes it taste better i dont know ive always used bud candy and final finish together with good results and really stardawg tasting buds

The studies I've seen show hydroponic is more carcinogenic than cigarettes due to nitrates and organic is less carcinogenic and actually wards off cancer due to elevated levels of secondary metabolites that don't even exist in your bullshit plastic bud.
