A waste of time. Unnecessary.Got 5 gallons of water, how long does it take for the chlorine to evaporate. Where I live they dont put to much in it, a good thing, but still got some that needs to evaporate. So if I stirr couple times an hour, how long you recon it takes?
Keep doing it and don't think about it. It's unnecessary bullshit like checking runoff pH.I have been growing for a while three weeks or so with tap water without doing this but I honestly didn’t think about it.
Fuck im glad one of you older members also believes this cause when I started I read all about it and so I stressed out about it but never seemed to change or matter anyway so I gave up. And my plants grow the damn same.Keep doing it and don't think about it. It's unnecessary bullshit like checking runoff pH.
Look under a leaky faucet outside. Even in the desert it's a jungle in the spot.Fuck im glad one of you older members also believes this cause when I started I read all about it and so I stressed out about it but never seemed to change or matter anyway so I gave up. Depends where they live, could be worse off if their co2 content is bad dont wanna load the water with carbon aswell. Here is something better to do ( 24 hours prior to use ) ....
Hookup a small air pump , drop in an Airstone .... let percolate, aerate , oxygenate.
Whether it’s for straight water or feed mixing.
Your plants will get out of their pots and hug you ...
I strongly recommend everyone access the report on their water. I say so on RIU regularly. Available online for most water utilities. Excellent information including levels of calcium and magnesium. Then you can tell if you need to supplement.Actually......
Tap water has more shit in it FAR WORSE than chloride. As others stated , straight from tap to plant , no hocus pocus needed .
I ONLY mentioned bubbler as a way to help with that question , I do it when mixing Nutes.
I mix a feed ... let it bubble overnight ... PH in the morning .... give to plants.
Simple .
Municipal water has things you will NEVER REMOVE.
Pesticides, waste , bio sludge , runoff , parasitic organisms , benzene , petrochemicals, dog shit ,
Corpses , medical waste , tampons , hobo urine , lead , ammonia , diazinon, weed killer , arsenic ,
Rust , boat waste , fish cum , ....... should I keep going .
If you pulled a water report, you might be very surprised.
Enjoy your glass of tea.
