Your girls look beautiful Frank. Good job man. That 320 is insane. I'm only 3 weeks in on my autos and they are starting to show a bunch of preflowers already! I'm loving my qb kit so far!

I run about 35w/sqft in my 4x8 and 26w/sqft in my 2x4 because I’m limited on height I had to dim my 320qb kit.
Would you prefer more power with the light higher? I could raise the light- I’m at about 18” now

I’m at like 12” so yes I’d like it higher with more power for better spread. Next grow I am actually adding 4 4ft strips and swapping the 320qb kit out for a 260qb kit from my big tent.

Ok , I have a new build coming together with QB96s and some “ extras “ ....
Dubbed : The WARP CORE
2 QB 96 with 2 Sunblaster T5 HO nanotech lamps .
They WILL be running an AGROMAX UV and a 10000k FINISHER bulb.
2 foot bulbs .
They came with 2 6400k bulbs which in turn can be used ALONE for new starts , seedlings
OR for added BLUE to QB. This thing pretty much designed itself. Nanotech lamps will have one daisy chain connector and might make switched.
QB will be powered by
T5 AgroMax also has a VEG/UV that I might grab for experimenting.
So I will be able to run these combinations ...
UV ( only )
10000k ( only )

QB 96 elites ( only )
This will later on be the CENTER MODULE of a 4 panel QB288 3000k cri 90 set.
I already have the 4 so I will use them on a HLG-600H-54 also type b ( dimmer ).
No optics will be used. 24” between QB ... these also may get the quick disconnect harness I did on one of my original builds that had release for dimmer control and driver. So I can drop the core for straight 4 panel QB grows and using CORE for a supplemental in any other room or area.
Obviously this may be a little much but with the flexibility of running the core solo , or QB panels alone or in multiple configurations and power levels. The UV component will definitely have to have a short interval timer and have to get some eye protection. So experimenting will be done.

I just used the Agromax Pure UV bulb. Extremely powerful you can smell it. I used a digital timer that allows 2 outlets to be programmed separately with up to 20 times. I started out with 15 mins 2 times a day for 3 days, then upped it to 15 mins 4 times a day for an hour total. After a week of that I bumped it up to 2 hours, then to 4 hours. I had zero negative effects from it and I feel I could have definitely added more time to it.
I think I had my lights on at 7, and the first UV on an hour after, then every 2 hours it came on.
Definitely turn it off when u go in the room, or wear long sleeves ect. I trimmed fan leaves off a plant and totally forgot about it being on for about 15 mins. Luckily I had a sweater on, my hands and the back of my neck were lookin pretty red after.

The bulb is around 22$ for a 2'. Then you need the fixture. I bought a fixture for like 30$ I think. You can also make one out of the mogul and a ballast if you have the supplies handy.

The best UVB bulb on the market is the solacure flower power. It has a built in reflector......

Expect to see a solacure flower power kit stuffed into my little cab on the next run. Not the cheapest in the uk that's for sure, but will see if they are worth it soon enough.

Yeah that is one of the final pieces is the digital timer ... I did look at solacure but since amazon goofed on an order awhile back , I had a credit and used on a double pack. I was thinking along that 3x on during a 12 hour run at 15 min intervals to start. AgroMax bulbs are good start to work with and at a reasonable cost.
Also the Reptilsun 10.0 bulbs will work in this too in case I need a bulb
I like the linear aspect of the build and is totally easy to hang.
I won’t use it until I clear out current late flower plants , clean out grow area and move QBs around.
Waiting on the mean wells , looking for a small “ project” box for the linear pots , and wiring.
Oh yeah and some eye shades so I can get raccoon eyes like trump.
