Yup they flower from age not light cycles, and no ya cant really clone one but you can breed them to make seeds, I have friends who grow outdoors autos and usually isolate a patch to create seeds for the next year.
Feminized seeds are 99% female , I've never made or gotten a feminized seed that turned out male. Unless I'm breeding for males I just get a female clone, apply colloidal silver to it 2 times a day for about 2 weeks before I flip the lights , it'll be female but produces male flowers and viable pollen. Then just put it next to another female and let the pollen do it's job, After doing this every seed produced will be female
You can do this with just one plant by only spraying one branch of the plant and then allowing it to self pollinate but IMO it's more of a pain in the dick
