WIND DESTROYED MY PLANT!!!

Ok so the plant is holy grail kush from DNA. About 2 or 3 weeks from harvest..big storm came in last night and i underestimated the wind. Came out this morning to 4 main branches broken at the main stalk and laying on the ground. Not broken off complately but pretty damn close. I grabbed whatever i could find fastest to tie her back up and get her back standing. The question is, do you guys think she will make it to harvest?

Next time you top the plant leave a little nub above the "Y", at allows the plant to knuckle and becomes much stronger at that intersection

I’m going to say yes:).. as long as you’ve got her injuries strapped up good she’ll be fine. Speaking from personal experience too. “Emergency Surgery” I call it.. No time for pics just get her off the ground! Lol

Yea as u can see it split there once before back in june. Dog ran into it and split down the middle like that.
I just really hope she can limp across the finish line!

All the goodies in cannabis flow through the outer layer. I forget the scientific name right now. Lets call it bark or skin. As long as you have some of that left it should be fine. The stems are basically hollow. I've had worse happen during flower and the plant didn't even blink.

Good job on the "emergency surgery" as someone else called it. I don;t know if silica would have helped in this case, but I do know it toughens up stems, quite a bit. I personally use DynaGro Protekt but there are other brands. Just thought I'd throw that out there. Also good for drought conditions. It works. In my indoor grow, the stems are super tough. And they're covered in a sort of wax, almost. Hard to explain. Silica works, though. beautiful plant, by the way.

I've only had issues with minor branch damage, but I think you did a great job bandaging her up. I feel like I was to fall in your presence and get a compound fracture in my leg, you'd be the guy to be around if that were to happen! Edit: Noticed you aren't the OP, but that's OK.

I think shes gonna be just fine guys..fed her a little potassium silicate and shes looking ok a few days later here. A couple colas that were laying in puddles when it broke ended up getting some rot so i clipped them and tossed it before it spread. Will post pictures of the breaks when i harvest to show just how bad it was. Thanks everyone !
