As I got to the 6th and seventh plant I notice the trim gets further and further away from the bud last year, knew I was so over it, then there's 3 more omg I hated growing at that point lol
Wet or dry trim? Dry trim i prefer, wet trim is probably slightly easier from my experience. I still haven't had to trim down a massive harvest yet tho lol, will let ya know my thoughts in about a month

Oh yeah I feel you!! I’m looking at the 5 ssw’s thinking what the fuck. I’m definitely taking a break after them!!
I’ve had a couple of offers to help and I soooo wanna say yes but I know I’ll spend the whole time looking at what they’re doing and making sure it’s up to specs lol. So I just tough it out alone lol.

Bongsmoke, what QB's are you running again? I was just having a look at the HLG550 V2 on HLG and Quick bloom. Bloody expensive!! haha. Will you have trouble with heat or have you AC? What canopy height have you found works best?
Yeah mate they fetch a dollar, I wouldn’t say they ain’t worth it tho, I have got 2 260w diy kits 1 is v1 and the other is v2 I have different spectrum one is 3000k, other 3500k.. bit of an experiment but the mix spectrum is paying off, thinking of buying another v2 board at 3000 k and making a solid frame and bolting it all to that and running 780watts...that’s a while away tho maybe a Chrissy present for myself.. nah they are pretty good on heat, I am using my air con while lights are on.... hottest I let it get was 28 degrees and that wasn’t running aircon until hottest part of day.... I think I’m around 40 inches from the tops it might be abit more, I am running these at full power and I am seeing good results from this distance, thinking about getting some proper light yo-yos very soon 26E0F24E-66A0-4D49-9B8B-F841FC03086E.jpeg

Haha yeah this tent is a greenfingers phresh carbon filter and a 6 inch hyperfan
Surprised with the quality of the greenfingers tents. They're actually pretty damn nice for the price, yeah i got the 8" fan and filter setup tho, with hlg rigs too .

Hating it won't get it done.I've dry trimmed over 10 pound this year I love it,the more I trim means the more $ I get ;)
All about that hustle mate. Gotta eat.

If you want it pretty wet trim is the only way. Trim it close and all the leaves recede in when it dries and it looks neat.

Dry trim you can just break a lot of the leaf away but it just never looks as nice
I'll wet trim about 70% then dry trim the rest
I like to leave a small amount of leaf on so it doesn't dry to quick

I agree wet trim always looks nicer in my opinion and that's me, dry trim for me is super easy compared but I'd rather have a cleaner looking trim and just deal with it.
But I dont have to like it to do it properly.
