Horse manure is good too, lots of nitrogen. It breaks down fast. IMO, Horses are only good for two things, costing lots on money and shitting.

Cow manure is great because of the digestive enzymes and the Lacto bacteria already present in it. Notice how shrooms grow in cow shit? Great for fungal hyphae networks.

Chicken manure is great because they are opportunistic foragers, it contains nitrogen (in ammonia form, mix it up a month or more before using to "covert" it.) and a lot trace elements from grit they eat in their diet. Also, feather meal is a slow release nitrogen, commonly found in chicken manure.

Back in the day when I used manures for economic rather than ecological reasons, I learned a coffee can of chicken shit was about equal to five gallons of cow shit. {I like to age my chicken manure a couple of years, but have used it after only 6 months}
