Thoughts on the Zeus 308 board?

I can't see or read about any heatsink. Btw even if they are genuine lm301b diodes that is costly!
Any reason you want that board instead of a hlg quantum board?

edit:
for example https://www.todogrowled.com/es/hlg-quantum-boards/57-hlg-135w-kit.html
at least you have a proper heatsink and driver
This is the board without heatsink, 70 euros. https://www.led-tech.de/en/ZEUS-308-High-Performance-PCB-3000k

it's cheaper than the hlg, I will buy the driver in digikey

Its board, heatsink and connectors.
I think the board itself is about 70€, runs at 50°C at 2A=77W with no heatsink.
Id go for just the board, and put it on a bit of alusheet and run it soft, in order not to hang it so high, but im in open space.

Hlg boards are a bit more pricey from todogrowled, 270€ for 2 boards on 1 heatsink and no driver. But the qbs are super top bin, and the voltage is easier to match with a hlgXxx-48A for most wattages.

Zeus board has 30 more diodes which might make up for the bin.

Id say go with either, they should work fine both, depends on shipping to your country.

hlg 135w v1/v2 would cost a lot more and I'm on a tight budget atm

Nice boards, good price and all.
For eu grower it's a good product because there are no customs to pay within the eu.
But they are way too small for me(only 8x 10").
It's the same like with QB's! Powerful and efficient like hell but you need a few of them to evenly spread the light and in this case you would run them low. I really like the smaller QB120, 100 and 65, all of them have wider diode spacings but still enough diodes for good intensity. You could literally cover the whole ceiling with the same amount of diodes.
I would rather pay 5 bucks more for a 2' x 1' PCB. Much better coverage and 4 of them would fit into a 2x 4' tent.
Do they have smaller boards or strips with the same diodes?

At least two 3000°k boards and an HLG-150H-40A(150w) or HLG-185H-40A(200w) and the boards wired in parallel. 75 or 100w per board. You could simply cut some alu U-channel to length and glue them on the backside to increase the surface area. No need to pay +30€ for a heatsink, at least not when running at only 100w and dlublesided thermal tape is cheap to get(e3ay/am4zon).
I really like the frame made of 2020 alu-profiles because it allows to move the boards within the frame for a better spread.
Like mentioned above, tme.eu is probably the cheapest shop for meanwell drivers. Good seller to work with!

What would you suggest for a 2x2? Here in Europe some Samsung strips are out of stock...
I dont think you can source samsung strips directly from EU, dunno if @diyled still has some in stock.
I would get Bridgelux Vesta strips btw, I am happy with my bridgelux EB2 but Vestas should be better.

In a 60x60cm tent I would get 2ft strips (560mm) but if you do not want to buy overseas from arrow or digikey I would get 2 boards for that size tent as @Randomblame said.
