This was my show off plant before the wind broke it. I think I'm going to try Gorilla Glue with tomato cages around it to hold it up for now. Any better suggestions would be greatly appreciated

Painter tape ,
Remove any leaves or nodes around the brakes, then tape her up, leave it for a couple weeks then remove the tape.
Get after it fast .
Tomato cages , or bamboo , a ring of fence etc

What do you mean by 'Show off plant'? Are you making the mistake of telling everyone you are growing?

I watched a guy on utube use gorilla glue and steaking for support with great sucess but after pondering all day the plant looks ok and I think I may just leave it. The problem I worry about is water in the crotch causing rot in the center?

Well I always tell the plant wow you a show off it's bigger than so my others, but I may have shown it to a few other friends that grow soon they will be legal plants!!!

Thanks guys my Candy Kush is outgrowing most of the other strains but the plants just don't seem as tough as some of the others. The branches are so heavy when I lift them up I feel the plant will have a hard time making a repair that will hold all season. Something the scabbed part is stronger than a regular stem but I'm nervous it will break again. What do you think if I just leave it and cover the wound in grafting wax?

On my first legit grow I almost cut a small plant in half in the beginning on accident - gave it some support like the others mentioned and sure enough the plant healed up just fine and actually became one of the biggest of the grow. I was pretty worried to but plants are alive and just like any other living being they are able to heal themselves so don't worry too much bud !

Ive already stated my feelings but I will also recomend you start supporting the other plants if you havent.
Cages, nets, stakes, whatever it takes.
The other branches on that plant will live but the pic shows you broke the main transport passage and according to my phone its been like that since at least 630 this am.
Try to save it for sure but don't hold your breath. I promise if you dont try asap those branches are gonners

I was going to yank it and replace it with another because I was thinking the same but it still looks so happy I may just see what happens leaving it like this. I'll keep ya posted

Sorry I've been off the forum for a long time so much has changed and I don't remember how it all works. The plant broke in the wind about 40 hours ago, I would predict you you are right but and don't expect much. All else fails I'll let the bottom 2 take over and cut the top off

Yea I have another one that only one branch broke and held on by a thread and it still made it, I'm hopeful but not holding my breath in this case. Yeah man, it happens.
Ive seen huge monstors split by deer and all kinds of shit.
Just get proactive and support your others.
I just spent about 100 on fencing and spent a few hours putting them in the other day but if a single branch hits the ground its worth way more than 100 worth of weed. Plus it just ruins your day. I hate it but I do it

Sure, any attached live tissue will have the support, and may not still have cut off circulation if the plant is upright. I have some severely kinked stems from supercropping that have tops just as hearty as non cropped stems. Its worth a shot, I would even remove some of the severely dehydrated fan leaves and wait. But, the season is still long..

I had a few break like that in my first grows outside. I left them and they were fine. You will know in a day or two if they are okay.
Seems like you waited to long to repair it anyways so if the branches are alive then just leave them....but make sure you support your plants from here on out.
P.s. If you do choose to tie it back together make sure you seal up any cracks. Bugs do and will get in there and have a feast.
