I feel your pain! I applied March 8th and nothing yet, but a lot of people from the week after that have gotten their cards already. The last bit of the wait is the toughest, we have to be close right!?
God I hope so. I don’t understand why later submissions have gotten their card already. You’d think if a 3/7 app already has their card, why is a 3/2 sitting at the printer? It’s just agonizing...I want to go shopping!
My guess, having worked on applications for a pilot program years ago, is that each employee assessing applications has a range of the alphabet for which s/he is responsible. It’s likely a week or so’s applications are alphabetized and divied up, so it ends up being approximately in order of date rather than strictly.
I didn’t even think about that. The caseworkers at the DHS office do it that way, so that makes a lot of sense. Still...I wanna go shopping!

They stole her money and that of several other applicants, according to the first image. I see at as a reasonable post, though admittedly not under the wait time thread.
Informed delivery shows me receiving this folded envelope today. I’m going to excitedly check the mail, probably to find junk about a lawn service or something.
Well, not in today’s mail so now I have to wait two more days for my next shot.
To anyone who has already received their card, when in that 10-14 days did you get yours? The next business day for me, Tuesday, will be 6. If I have to wait the full 14 days, that takes me to June 8th. Geez, when I put that in writing it makes it sound eons from now.
