This chart shows the relationship between different elements and how they effect each other so you can see why adding calcium and magnesium at the same time can be a waste of money unless you are lacking in both in which case you should just throw your soil out and start again. Calcium and Magnesium should together make up around 80% of the total amount of minerals in your soil and be in a ratio of between 4:1-6:1 Cal:Mag

The other key ratios are Mag: Potassium,Phosphorus:Sulfur,Phosphorus:Zinc,Phosphorous:Sodium and Iron:Manganese but the Cal:Mag ratio is by far the most important. Having a balanced

You don’t have to understand all of it just need to understand that when you add an input it will have an effect on other elements either good or bad so if you’ve got a Mag deficiency for instance adding any more Cal is just making it worse.
You don’t need to spend a lot of money on a mix just don’t go overboard on any 1 input and have plenty of composted organic matter which will buffer against any small out of balances

Word of warning if any of you guys are moving shit between states the feds are ramping up mail inspections like crazy, especially for shit coming into W.A. A mate of mine has had acid of all things intercepted twice in a row now and dealers are getting busted left right and center from parcels being intercepted

Yep it' state by state blitzes bro south aust had it bout 3 months ago lasted a good month

I'm the total opposite, I don't think I spend more than 5 mins a day on my grow, except for harvest.

Im a bit to much OCD with my plants outside I think
But my family loves it cos it chills fuck outta me and I'm happy

inside plants are so small..theres only so much you can do before you start doing to much, if ya know what I mean. Its not like I have a huge grow room.

@ruby fruit does plenty of prep besides from having a couple of decades of growing experience you have to pay your dues when it comes to growing not look for easy options your failures are your biggest learning experiences

like I watered 6 plants, took two cuttings and potted a rooted clone..took like 10 mins max including having a piss.

@ruby fruit does plenty of prep besides from having a couple of decades of growing experience you have to pay your dues when it comes to growing not look for easy options your failures are your biggest learning experiences

And I was young once making mistakes
Lol I remember putting a kero heater in the garden shed that I had taken the roof off when I was 15 thinking the heater would help growing weed
