Aussie Growers Thread

Just wanting to know how the genetics end up ... if I used 2 of one strain they would all theoretically match up but when crossing do the genetics split fairly well or are the following seeds pretty unstable ? Also do they all come out 100% female ? I know that seems a silly question just would like to be sure .
If you took one clone and reversed it and pollinated another clone from the same plant (S1) then you should end up with a reasonably tight spread from the progeny. When using different strains or even 2 different plants of the same strain (R1)The progeny would have the same results in terms of uniformity as a regular cross.

very strain dependent as far as stability goes but the seeds are 99.9% female

lol i wish i was smart enough to no what youse are on about im not going down that repabit hole yet trynna take the advice and keep it simple

yeah right, was always under the impression that herm pollen was more than likely fem.
It’s the same but a properly bred gem seed won’t have a predisposition to herm because it only harmed because of the C.S or S.T.S being sprayed on it where as a gem seed from a plant that hermed is going to carry that same gene that caused the parent to herm
