I'm just a noob here, but I thought copper tubing in a Rez with an acidic solutionis a big no no? Wouldn't that leach too much copper into the Rez, that's why the expensive chiller's have titanium or stainless steel coils.
Hmm, you are probably correct. Copper will stay nice and shiny in an acidic solution. So maybe use something less reactive. There are lots of small heat exchanger's you can get that are stainless. Stainless tubing is hard to bend, so you might have to be creative in re-purposing something else.
