Thanks guys. This last grow was a bitch, fighting the spider mites, but it looks like the rhino will finish strong.

We cut down the 4 White Rhino today. Here are some pics. We flowered them for around 60 days. Based on the last harvest, I am guesstimating we have around 400 grams. Let's see how close my guess is.

good crop, jeez I'ld be happy with 30 or 40 grams per plant. You figure a 100 per plant and that's so good.

I am running a 12/12 1000W HPS with a Rainforest 66. Room Temp 70-78, RH% 55-60%. Four Big Bud hermies filling out nicely.

Here are today's pictures. I figure these babies have about 5 to 6 weeks left until harvest. I changed the nutrient solution today. I bumped up the concentration to 17 CF (850 - 1190 ppm).

Man, those are fast growing plants

I changed the nutrient solution last night. I last changed it 6 days ago with a CF of 17 (850ppm to 1190ppm). In 6 days the solution was down to 4 CF. Last night I changed the solution to a 20 CF. The tips of the leaves look a little nutrient defficient so I hope this helps.
Nutrient Solution:
Floralicious Plus 5 ml / 5 gal
Liquid Kool Bloom 50 ml / 5 gal
FloraNectar 50 ml / 5 gal
FloraNova Bloom 90 ml / 5 gal

I figure 10 more days then flush for one week and cut. Almost 3 weeks to go... The buds are starting to grow horns or spurs from the main colas. This part is fun to watch as the buds explode.

OK... I can't wait any longer so I started flushing with fresh water. I am going to go for one week on fresh water and then use someFloraKleen and flush for 3 days. Target harvest date is Sept. 1st. 3 days drying in a dark room that is around 68º F and 50% RH. Then trimmed and into the glass jars for 10-14 days to cure. Ready to smoke on 9/14/08. Here are some photos from yesterday. Notice the horns growing out of the main colas. She is a hermie and there have been tiny male flowers popping out on the horns. I just pinch them off a little and let 'em grow.

... they look juicy ripe now, incredible grow, patience is a virtue, excellent job !!

Today's pics... the buds keep growing bigger. The top fan leaves are really starting to yellow. 3 more days and I will flush with FloraKleen and freshwater. 3 days of that solution and then chop chop.

Here are today's pics. I found aphids today on the buds. There isn't much I can do but knock them of the buds a little. I am thinking about ordering some ladybugs and let a dozen in the garden and see if they will control them.

Anyway ... no worries these buds come down in 3 days. Here are today's pics.

Here it is... the ladies came down today ... half of them at least. I cut down 2 of the 4 plants. The back row of buds was from the first plant and the front row is from the second plant. The buds are so dense.

Here are the pics of the four plants cut. It took about 8 hours but definitely worth it.

I haven't read anything this good since I saw my first Playboy magazine back in '62. And we're all wondering what the weight will be

Well... I trimmed out all the bud today. It dried for almost 5 days. I weighed them before I put them into jars to cure. For four plants I ended up with 14.25 ounces.

For the record I yielded 70g per plant on the first white rhino grow. I ended up with 100 per gram on my last big bud. I decided to retire the big bud hermie and the white rhino. I have two other sativa strains to replace the rhino and I have 3 seedlings from the last bid bud grow that I hope will yield a true female to replace my late hermaphrodite.

Here are the clones I sexed from the 3 Mother's Finest seedlings. They took a couple of hits along the way. Between spider mites and a lousy reservoir they didn't look very good. I ended up losing one of the three plants. Here are the two survivors. They are flushing with fresh water now and will be coming down in a few days.

Yes. The GH Rainforest 66 holds about 13 gallons. Then there is a mister in the center of the res.

Here are the mother's finest clones I flowered. I hit the res with some florakleen today. Three more days of flushing and i will cut them down. I cut off a little branch just to sample it and took some close up shots. FYI... the branch weighed 12.56 grams. Let's see what it weighs in 3 days.
