If i plant an apple tree in th soil and it grows full it will produce apples year over year

If i plant marijuana in the soil will it not do the same?

Assuming male and female and the climate allowed the seeds to survive and pop.
I can only imaging it would morph into some form of ditch weed fairly rapidly.

But, it's a cool thought and I don't really know.

I know planting cherries pits from beautiful delicious cherries does not guarantee great cherries.

That's why people graft them.

I know only after going through a bunch if shit with cherry seeds. Lol

no because the buds get ripe then they start to degrade then die i guess you can reveg the same plant over and over but just like autos maybe one day someone will breed a strain that can grow like that

marijuana is an annual, meaning it only produces once per grow season then dies.

it is possible though to reveg a plant after harvest if you leave on enough living plant material. i dont have personal experience with this though, im gonna try it after next harvest with a plant id like to keep around.
