I like the raspberry but the price on a 5 pack is more than I'm willing to spend. The raspberry looks so good. Seriously considering it my next seed purchase.

On one hand I'm with ya. Price is definitly steep. On the other hand. Even if only one seed pops it will surely produce more dank than i could buy for 100 bucks. Plus i just got a huge Christmas bonus so fuck it.I like the raspberry but the price on a 5 pack is more than I'm willing to spend.
I feel the same way. I can't get a cut of it. It says they just s1 it with two cuts so should be fairly uniform and a decent representation of the mother. On one hand I'm with ya. Thanks, I was looking for seeds in the states and they look great. Any other seed banks in the states anyone recommend?www.GreenPointSeeds.com
is accepting CC and they are in CO. Ive dealt with them on multiple orders and am very pleased with their selection, prices and shipping speed.
I'm too cheap to pay $20 for *one* bean. The raspberry looks so good. Seriously considering it my next seed purchase.
I'm not when you consider clones and breeding.I'm too cheap to pay $20 for *one* bean.
Yeah that was my thought too. One clone sold gets my money back. All the clones and smoke i get after that are basically free except for electric and shit. As long as the genetics aren't shit $20 doesn't seem too terrible to me.I'm not when you consider clones and breeding.
Assuming that the one bean is awesome...I'm not when you consider clones and breeding.
If you use it to breed, that one bean selfed, will return it's genetic line to you.Assuming that the one bean is awesome...
True if profit is the motive.I'm not when you consider clones and breeding.
Just pm me or anyone else you think you can trust. I know. How do you know? You don't. I've gotten beans from people on here and sent beans to people. Just remember don't do it on the site. Pm and ask for an email address and go from there.True if profit is the motive.
I subscribe to the motto:
No tell, No smell, No sale.
Plus I have beans from past purchases so buying more just does not make seance in my situation. I'll use the ones I have before I buy more.
If I knew another grower I would encourage them to invest. Then we could trade. However in this bohemian state I don't know one and am not about to start asking around.
I have never sold. What I have that I don't use/want I give away.True if profit is the motive.

Your commitment is noble as is your goal.I have never sold. What I have that I don't use/want I give away.
Genetic improvement is my goal. To buy one bean for $20.00 then self it to get 100's of seeds to look for the magic pheno is a fiscally prudent way to advance my goals.
I don't know anything about plant breeding. Does "self it" mean forcing it to herm and pollinate herself?I have never sold. What I have that I don't use/want I give away.

Yes. Get you some silver wire from a jeweler or Amazon. Cut the end off a cell charger. Strip a bit of the positive and negative wires. Hook a piece of silver to each wire and drop them into distilled water. Just the silver and not the wire from the charger. Do not let them touch. Plug in and run for a day. You will end up with a amber colored water. Spray at the first sign of flower everyday until you see pollen. Discard the sprayed plant.I don't know anything about plant breeding. I'm popping 10 regulars from greenpoint and figured I'd lose half because they're males and I'd be lucky to get a couple of keepers out of the remaining five. Does that sound right?
I've grown clones until now so I don't really know what to expect from seeds.
Well actually that's not true. I do have some seeds from a crop failure that a buddy gave me. Total box of chocolates, but I've had a few that were fabulous. Of course I didn't get cuttings so I lost the genetics.
Last year I started with 10 seeds and culled six before they were 12" tall. One of the remaining four was male.
Out of the three females, two were pretty good and one was FIRE.
I have seeds leftover as well but I've grown it already. If something looks good and I haven't grown it yet I don't mind spending a few bucks on something i want. And in all honesty seed purchases are few and far between for me so i just consider it a gift for myself. Probably been 2 years since my last order.True if profit is the motive.
