Aeroponic sprayer nozzle issues.

Compared to my OG Kush with a much wider stalk and denser buds, that I grew with my last dirt grow, I pulled 180grams.

I haven't grown anything for weight, as much as I do for the high. But I'd say it has topped everything else that I have grown.

As far as highs go, I hear that Swami NL#5 x haze is unlike any other. I am looking forward to ordering the IBL this spring. Several well knowners have recommended this.
Effect:
This is everything the original description of the type is. The only type to ever have a warning that you could lose bodily functions. This is no joke, this is not for light smokers and can induce hallucinations and temporary anxiety in those sensitive to these types of sativas.

I'm gonna make some rice crispy treats with that..... HAHAHAHAhaha

Just did a long back search for my HPA thread May 2012! OMG

Rarely dialed it in due to heat stress inside the root chamber, among pilot errors

Hard to photograph cotton candy root hair

Note how large the root system is u against the main stem

do you have a pic of the finished plant pet? And yes HPA does produce nice roots and spray times are critical with HPA ;).

Just wanted to give ya an update. I am working on a horizontal aerogarden build. My thought is, that if I do HPA, in a sealed environment, then maybe I won't need to have so much water on hand. I would of course need to add some airstones to the reservoir if I was able to seal it, but wondering how to take away some of the pressure that is in the sealed reservoir, so that the air pressure does not build up, and cause the reservoir tank to explode.

I am under the impression that the water evaporation from HPA, would be as bad as I think. I am just going off what was posted here, by another member who's dabbled in HPA, who stated that he went through a lot of water. Another thought of mine, is fixing the issue of using so much water by sealing the garden, and not allowing gases to escape.

News to me. HPA pump pressure is ~ 100 psi. which creates a fine mist.

It is on no more than 2 seconds ( ~ 1 tsp) every 2- 4 minutes, and that running 4 mist heads

To do that you need to up your hardware game and add an accumulator metal tank + solenoid after the rez

Sealing the res to lower evaporation would not be hard sealing the res enough to allow pressure to build up? That would be pretty much impossible. What do you put around the plant stalks :o? Seems your over thinking this a bit. HPS is probably the most efficient setup for water use out of all hydro setups

I'm probably mistaken, over the past week or so, I have been thinking about the build. I just remember someone saying something about having a large reservoir for HPA, because the water evaporates quick. Maybe I was stoned. If that isn't a problem though, then putting that behind me, and one less thing to do. I think I just need to go ahead and start building.

Can you recommend a pump? How are they on heat?

Also, I bought a cheap infinite cycle timer. My roots look great 1 minute on and 5 minutes off. In the LPA bin. Water temp running around 69-70degrees.

I've used the same Eco, I think a 365??, that is 3-4 years old now, lucky maybe. I had 16 sprayheads and had great flow, but only 16" lift to 3/4 manifold

Dig through my 2012 HPA thread. Pretty sure I posted pics and parts. I opted out of the accumulator and used a kitty litter bucket as a rez. The pump is only on for a few seconds at a time

I measured 2 cap fulls and it comes out to over 2x the recommended dosage. So I am going to use the same amount as you did starting on cuttings I am taking tonight.
Awesome, I am about to start another bin. This time I will take pics.

I have a dilemma.
I have a nute problem, I believe it was a magnesium overdose. There is not much information on that, but I am almost sure that is what caused the lockout that turned most of my blue dream water leafs yellow. Would you cull the plants and start over, or keep them going and hope they yield? I am doing small plants. I'm between 2-3 weeks in.

Pictures? What were you feeding them?
I was feeding them NPK dry synthetics measured on a scale, with cal-mag and one night I went in and gave them Epsom salt, not thinking about the Cal-Mag having magnesium already. I was really stoned that night. I have since switched to A&B Cyco to try to save them, thinking that my measurements were off on the dry.

If one runs completly mediumless, with neoprene one gets no medium to contend with, even a small cup of any medium is different response to no medium, with no medium the water is your medium, a quick rez change gives quicker responses as such, to really give a proper option you need to descibe what kind of root mass and medium your dealing with having shocked. I never lost a aero crop in over 15 yrs and made lots of fuck ups, lost some but never a whole crop and never scraped one. But have seen lots of failed systems..

If you are using NPK Grow, a complete formula, and LEDs you might need extra CaMg. Mine do

If you are hydro/aero, simply dump the rez flush with water for a day (minimum 6xs), and make fresh nutes

Pretty much what I did when I noticed all the yellow waterleafs. I had high hopes for this crop. We'll see how it goes. I am going to pick up some PVC tonight and build two more bins. To start more clones. Contemplating throwing the BD mother in and saying fuck it.

I am running low on smoke.
