How about you prove that the Emancipation Proclaimation is indeed actual law?

How about you prove that FULL DISCLOSURE is award to all applicants for SOCIAL SECURITY, LIVE BIRTH, MARRIAGE LICENSES, ETC?

Or prove that your government is not in violation of human rights by contracting with minors(IRS, SOCIAL SECURITY, ETC)?

Can you prove that 13th Amendment, SECTION 12, is not the law of the land?

The burden of proof is in plain sight. There is no need to cite countless sources that the posters in here will just refute with prejudice and willful ignorance. All one really needs is a reputable LAW DICTIONARY.
again, proof is not necessary..prove that it's not.

'burden of proof' relates to proof of guilt..as everyone is SUPPOSED to be innocent until proven otherwise.

Again, the proof is self evident. BUT, most lack the language comprehension and skills in etymology to TRULY read even the legal instruments they sign off on everyday.

This is why i continually promote reading a reputable LAW DICTIONARY. Folks want to argue with me on what "property" is. Fully grown adults having a hard time letting go of what the teacher taught them in school. You people speak a language with words carrying 3 and sometimes 4 different meanings. Words with identical spelling and different pronunciations. How is it that you cant grasp the concept of PROPERTY meaning different things in LAW?

Simply reading the complete definition of property in a LAW DICTIONARY would easily show you what can be designated as property in LAW. Yes thats very important because not long ago REAL ESTATE referred land AND inhabitants in terms of LAW not in terms of commerce.

@Rob Roy at what age should a young girl be able to consent to being molested?
Molestation is learned behavior and not a natural act. Its a manifestation of the environment the molester is reared in.

In western cultures commerce is king over WE THE PEOPLE. Capitalism. In the crevasses of the flow of commercial activities, of course you will have these activities. Its about how government allows these corporations to influence our society.

so you gotta be pretty happy that the GOP is embracing fucking 14 year old little girls, eh?[/QUOTE

Only the little ones? No fat girls ?

@Rob Roy at what age should a young girl be able to consent to being molested?

A person can consent to something only after they have attained the wherewithal to consent. The onset of that age and mental maturity in general varies from person to person, You provide an excellent illustration of that with some of your commentary.

Also I don't know why you think a person would consent to be molested. Consent and molestation seem to be opposing concepts.
