It is possible to be both. You would probably know that if you understood words. Nixon was to the left of many in the DNC and many in the DNC are almost as far to the right as Reagan.

You wouldn't be wrong so often (read: literally all the time) if you understood words.

You just replied "complete bullshit" to the claim that he is a progressive liberal, citing him "admitting he was a moderate republican". To which I replied that they are not mutually exclusive, as you implied. In other words, no, you're wrong, again, as always. You're literally, always, completely, WRONG!

Obviously he never said that he was a republican either, and you just posted a stupid youtube video that is basically 28 minutes of bullshit misinformation. You seem to do a lot of that. What the former president actually said is that he would be considered a moderate republican since the 80s, not that he actually was one.

So UB's statement, that Obama is a progressive liberal is completely correct, and you, well you know you're full of shit.

Obama left marijuana law enforcement to the states to decide and used Rmoney's healthcare model nationwide.

His approach on these two issues in particular are the most widely known and noticeable of his policy's impact on society and can both be very well described as being very much in keeping with GOP values. However, they are two of the issues for which he can be called "progressive liberal".

He reached across the aisle and tried to work with the GOP and they slapped his hand away even though he embodied their stated values more than they did. He was the least shitty president in US history.
