friend of mine doing 22 yrs for blowing of someones head caught the dude in a 300 plant grow back in 2010,he had been hit once so he set up camp

It isn't the plant, it's the potential profit that is so dangerous because it encourages people to do some really stupid things.

Growing weed in not easy. Thieves steal it for the same reason they steal money. It has worth. If all of a sudden blueberries sold for 200 bucks an ounce, you would have to hide your blueberry bushes.

someone else land you should be ashamed. plant it on someone's else land so if the cops find they can get the charge, that's B.S.
I hike and hunt a lot so I am on public land all the time, if I see a few plants in an otherwise untouched area I leave it. if I find a bunch of trash, traps, poison, hoses, pumps, batteries, cut down trees, etc. I would cut the plant and piss on it just to let the person find it rotten. don't destroy our land so you can grow a plant, use your own land or house.

As long as you don't cut pine trees or use any dangerous chemicals, you are doing them no harm by growing on their land. An old rich dude who owns thousands of acres of timberland is not going to be hassled by the cops.

I don't grow on my own land either, never have. I grow on everyone else's and don't care a bit to admit it. Like you, I am causing no one any harm and I am not destroying anything at all.

Around here, there is so much bud grown, the law knows that anyone can put it anywhere. If the plants are within so many feet of your house or if their is a trail going directly to it from your door or yard then usually they can pin it on you. But like I said, there is a law in Kentucky that it has to be within so many feet of your house and then they can also search your home and land.

If I grow on local farm lands, government property or even a good distance from their back yard then no one is in a bind over it if found or spotted by LEO. Usually law enforcement and national guard just rapel down from the helicopters, chop it, bundle it in a tarp, pull it up and fly off with it and then they mark it on their systems GPS and search the area again every year thereafter.

I have grown in some of the craziest places you would ever imagine, places you would believe is impossible to tend to and grow at. The unthinkable is just that, unthinkable and therefore people don't think to think about plants growing in those areas because they can't think about plants growing in those areas haha.

Not once have I ever heard of any local innocent farmers getting busted for a grow that didn't belong to them. Like I said, they hack it and go on about their business. But if it is a huge grow and they believe it is tended to often then they will stake it out, I have had some close calls.

Well shit, I'm 2 weeks in to my month long camping trip and nothing but deer. I put up a chain link fence to help secure the garden. I'm pretty sure a neighbor hood kid got in my grow last year. I made sure to tell the parents that I was camping with my shotgun next to my grow. Hopefully that solved the problem but really there's lots of people that could come, I'm right down town and the smell goes a long way. Gets boring but it will be worth it when the girls are down. Got to put my hoop house together tomorrow got a cold week coming up.

I understand that it's someone's living they are stealing from but fuck to kill someone you must have not much else going for you surely...did ur mate have a wife n kids or just himself ?

haha he had millions,no wife or kids he will be out before hes 60 still got all his land an whats buried there.
