There's something wrong when people kill each other over a plant.
I see it more about trespassing and committing a crime i.e. stealing. They could be armed so really it's self preservation. But hey I'm a crazy guy from Nevada we don't have silly laws like Cali. Between the stand your ground law and castle doctrine your good. Just don't shoot them in the back.

You guys don't have guns right ? I think I read that the government spent 500 million to buy them and then the criminals got bold because no one was armed.

First, the plant should not be with so much that people are tempted to kill it for for it.

Second, whatever happened to warning shots?
I got arrested for firing a warning shot between an armed intruder's feet ~15 years ago
the cops were going on about how they weren't allowed to fire warning shots, and I argued that as a private citizen I was not bound by their departmental regulations. The city prosecutor amended the charge to discharging a firearm within the city limits, I paid a $300 fine and got my gun back after 6 months probation.

I saved myself a lot of paranoia by buying a Reolink Argus. It's a wireless camera with motion detection. If someone moves within the set range, then it immediately sounds off with an alarm and alerts my phone, and I can view what's going on, and even listen and talk through the camera. Only $100 too!

I now sleep through every night again!

That's battery powered, correct? How long do the batteries last?

I should have used fishing line but I'd hurt myself going to chsleep do my plants. I hope the people who took mine get cancer from the mold and bud rot that was taking over my galaxy plant and since they didn't know about the issues they will ruin the whole crop by contamination so have at it fuckers. I'm growing this winter in a green house, with a lock.. and motion sensors:)

They cut my plants down with a scalpel like , wtf did they not own loppers .. idk fuck them. They left a train of dirt and leaves through the park and obviously got in a car or something.

Sorry to hear about this.

If it was $20 an oz instead of 200 no one would bother.

The sooner we get there the better.

If a farmer can't make a profit at $20/oz on a plant as easy to grow and process as cannabis, they should be in another field. Farmers make money on highly perishable foods that sell for much less than that. Much, much less. As in $'s/pound.

And the armed intruder is still alive. Not a bad thing.

Was he caught?

Cannabis is an herb, much like those in the spice rack at the grocery store.

I'm not disagreeing with you, but I'm not seeing it being grown well at a few bucks a pound, either.

The point at which it creases to be an attractive target for thieves is, in my estimation, admit $20/oz. That's why I voted to legalise it here in Colorado.

All the regulations contrive to both limit who can earn the money and keep the price up.

It isn't legal if you can still be charged with a felony for it.
