I've not been able to get any Q's answered by creating my own...
Anyhoo, I'm about to order some lights from Alibaba; X1 200w Cree cxb3590 3500k (inc 4 cobs + driver) and X2 single 50w lights with built in driver. Is there a difference when using a reflector or glass? What should I go for? Thanks

If that's all there was too it, there would be no glass lenses. Reflectors also degrade the total light output.
The difference is focus; reflectors don't, lenses do.

@stoned-monkey Just a different look into things. But this is my current grow with HPS.

They have done me very well so far, and even with one plant less in my RDWC and the HPS no on full whack they have been great and I am quite sure will give me a gpw. Plus the resin production, aroma and density are some of the best I have ever seen.
Don't give up on HPS as an option, with the newer de bulbs and added cmh you can really get good results.
