There a retailer of hlg they had like ten others I think if anyone wants to save on the light.Horticulture lighting group 550 light I found someone selling for 949.00 and bought one it a great light Im very happy with it.
cxb3590 are just one of many decent cobs. most fixture manufacturers these days selling them are selling them for the brand recognition not the price/performanceSo, as I understand, panels using cxb 3590 are really good? Are there any other good chips? I found 1x cxb 3590 panel for 150 eur, its 3000k, is that good enough for veg and flow?

watch his other videos. just because a cxb *can* take 3600 mA doesnt mean anybody is running them that hot. every LED out there is more efficient at lower currents, most growers run 1050-2100 mA to their cobs
Arrow Electronics... they have same product mix as Mouser. Have best price on Mean Well products and best of all free overnight shipping. You order it in the morning and it will be on your porch the next day. The minimum is only $20 and unlike Mouser I have not had to pay any sales tax.Been a while since I updated the list. If any of these should be removed let me know. Working on adding more. Let me know about those too
I get the most out of my Cree CXB running 40 to 46 watts per COB during vegetation. I use the Mean Well HLG-320H-36A. The A designates that the unit has a built in dimmer...actually two, one for fine adjustment and the other for coarse adj. If you move plants around as much as I do setting up a parallel system makes more sense than running the LEDs in a series setup.I will, but shortly - Is it possible by using dimmable drivers? And you just measure amps inserting ampmeter between COB and driver, then adjust your dimmer OR just driver is so selected, than LED jus get your mentioned amps? Every LED is more efficient at lower current... that made me think a lot.. It is based on info in datasheet, right?
edit:
From his video, I understood that 700mah is the best way to run those COBS ( photons vs heat).
edit:
probably he was talking about 72V versions
edit:
Growmou5 had 32 COBs pulling 850w, that means each COB used 26W and it means each COB runs 0.7A?
Could I run, for example, 3000 ma driver and dimm it or it is a risk?
One more thing - what is the most suitable meanwell driver for one 36v COB if id like to run it on 1300 - 1400 ma?
I AM SORRY FOR MY MANY QUESTIONS!

Is this a right choice - HLN-40H-42B for ONE 36V cxb 3590?
And I can dimm amperege from 0.58 to 0.96 ma, right?
So, the amperege range would be nicer, right? You can use the 36 volt version.
