I like how you put that, excellent@ Hybridway
Quantity x Quality x uniformity is the formula for optimal photosynthetic action potential in my handbook.
I agree w/ the first part.@ Hybridway

HPS low cri is a bitch when it comes to inter-nodal spacing and stem elongation, wich are both related to crop yield
Well spoken, brother Abiqua! In this day and age, NO specs, No selects.....But maybe there is a glimmer, Randomblame?
Lets put up a bin code and judge them for their real worth....please....
Right on Randomblame the key point being able to make full use of the volume. I have toyed with multi layering and did begin to think about inter-canopy lighting and whether it would be more efficient than multi layering, then I came across hybrids thread and was like wow what a cool concept.I like them because of their concept creating a complete 360° dome.
I've only a small area to play with and want to use as much heights of it as I can and this concept allows me to practically use the full volume of my tent(2' x 2'x 6').
That's why I like it!!
With regards to terpene production also look into Jasmonic Acid - Methyl JasmonatesAlso would like to know more about this in your signature:
All about the terpenes.....
Low nm blue with lots of blue green and lots of red from 610nm-680.
LED ANARCHY - about DATA, not OWNERSHIP
Is there anything I can read about it? Any link or pdf's? I'm really interested in low nm blue/purple LED and it's influence on terpene production. Thanks!
No problem, I shall look forward to your summaryWhow! Thanks a lot, report me in a month, when I've done all the studies, LOL!
Never heard of an 8-12,000k blue sky. 57k is approx spring/afternoon sky. Enhance that with reds & 420 & ur good to go.Ok then how well does a Red render under 8,000k - 12,000k blue sky surely it will render much better under 5000k?
