Its veg week 4 and my lights cycle is 18-6 right now ,
Is it flowering sign ?!

that just what some strains do when they are female sometimes they wont show until u flip to 12/12 unless you have an auto but a male would just show balls

This is female / northern lights 90%indica strain

and u can keep it in veg as long as you like

sure you can do that. Flower when ever you want to just put them in the biggest pot you can deal with
