Rootbound during flowering?

I haven't started flowering yet. I'm still vegging. I've gone from solo > 1 gal>3gal>now I'm at 5 gal . I plan on going to 7 then 10. My question is, how do you prevent your plants from getting root bound during flowering stage? Do I start flowering immediately once I get to my final pot?

You should be plenty good in 10 gallons indoors.

They say 1 gal per month of growing as rule of thumb... Pretty sure you'd be fine in 5gal fabric pots

give it a week to rebound, then flip. It will give it plenty of time to recover. 7 gallon would be sufficient in less you are only doing one plant. Then go for 10 gallons it will max. your harvest.

If you transplant too your final pot then flip you're giving your plant new nutrients and it won't get root bound before it finishes..
