I believe his exact words were," it's going to happen so fast" lol. Now he's trying to run off sessions because he recused himself from the Russia investigation. You'd think his base would be glad about this, being it gives Sessions more time to lock up immigrants and minorities.

the ocean swallows up more CO2 than it emits but it cannot handle the millions of tonnes of CO2 we emit, which is why we are not above 400 PPM (not seen in over 800,000+ years).

so yes, the ocean can handle itself, but it cannot handle us as well.
