Report his ass to the bar!!! Lawyer sets up website, charges fee (even a premium package if you desire), cashes your check, and then bans you!? Maybe a good lawyer, but a shitty human. He's responsible for his employees whether legal or not. Rules of ethics are online.

After reading this,i checked and i am still banned. I did however see that some of my posts are still up, anyone can clearly see i broke no rules or the tos..but im still banned. Im not even one who EVER threatened someone, and im not one to do those sort of things, even with the anonimity of an internet forum. ...sad.

Lol!! I've been outright banned, can't get to the site anymore. Come to think of it I had paid my dues too to become a member and I also threatened no one or broke no other rules.
Mal outright said he had trolled the site and he left on his own. Who knows the thread of him leaving was deleted, maybe he's still allowed there.
I don't see how an org is to amount to shit if you keep banning members and driving away anyone who doesn't think like you all while protecting a few biased assholes who run the site. It's like protecting the bullies in the school yard. You sure aren't going to draw in kids to play. They'll take their money and beat them up till they leave.

he heard that at least twice that I know of now. It was blatantly obvious several times. It was entertaining a bit to watch closely while it was veiled as expressing rights and such, sometimes it was edited when put in check but others a ban hammering was executed.
when I reached out to others about this many said things like "yeah, its kinda strange but you gotta get used to it, theres some good info here once in awhile. Just stay out of his way when he speaks"

The site has only been getting worse and I forewarned Zap well beforehand regarding the software upgrade and what happened to another site that did it. The views have gone down more than 75% and the site is not coming up on the search engines like before.
I don't think it will ever recover.
The constant allowed bickering, bullying, political arguments, and so on. Banning one over another even though both parties deserved a "time out". Favoritism is very evident. And where are the mods when they are needed? I just don't get it.
I suggested multiple times to send out an email blast to all registered members about the upgrade and potential interruptions. I also brought to his attention that my bookmarked link would no longer go to the site and gave him a good URL, again suggested to send out an email blast to alert registered members of the changes and potential that the old links they have may not work. The response I received made no sense, to me it was gibberish, and alas, no email blast to registered members....
I wish them the best.
Lastly, very bad timing on the "upgrades" too. No warnings, happened immediately after the flounce of Malamute. Coincidence? not sure.

That's sucks, gg. I haven't stopped back in since the third iteration of myself was banned. Chad chose his bed. He now has no choice but to sleep in it. Sad to see it go this way. I guess resto won. He and Chad now have their site.

Must be some awesome sauce resto's got over them. One dink, years of failure=acceptable to a law firm/advertising campaign/forum? I wonder how many potential clients considering hiring the firm saw the way its office/advertising was managed and ran the other way?

Looks like they have left us no choice. I can't post there, I can sometimes see the site, I can't work on my blogs. I have informed them several times, and it appears as nothing has been investigated or done about it.
Give me a year, maybe two, I'll get them 2,000+ followers. I have the site started from scratch, and will work it up from there adding plug in's and such when time permits. Have a look www.cchub.org
