I buy Canna hydro nutes and they are supplied in them, supposed to build strong cell walls.

Wish mine did that. You sure your pH pen or meter is clean and calibrated? I use Canna Coco Nutrient as well. 2 tsp A and 2 tsp B per gallon. My tap goes from 7.5 to 6.4 when I add the nutes. Whats your TDS..EC..or tap ppm?

Mines much the same, but goes from 7.3 to 6.3 ish. My tap is about 0.6

I have some chinese tds multimeter, it has ppm, and E.C. values , yes it shows 480pp.

TDS/EC meters arent near as finicky as pH meters. Its prolly a reliable read. So my advice to you is get an reverse osmosis filter for that 480 ppm water. Damn all the name calling posts and back and forth bowshit. Seriously. Chances are...no base hydroponic feed brand will give satisfactory results with such dirty water. Usually with that high of dissolved solids..its not just calcium/magnesium carbonate. You prolly got all kinds of yucky yuck in that tap. After filtering and getting pure R.O....I wouldnt even add back to a good 150 - 200 ppm. Throw some GH CaliMagic in there to the 150 - 200 range. Then let it sit fer a skosh. And add in your base brand to target EC/ppm. pH adjust to the medium substrate your using..and away you go. You seriously have some fukt up tap water broseph. Spend a few duckets on a decent reverse osmosis filter..get that crap out your feed water. Your asking for problems if you dont.

Yeah I kniw that, if I can even describe the smell of water if I left her in cup over the night.. Thank you for your advice but I grow for my self, sometimes with problems, sometimes not,but the thing is since I switched to AN there are much less problems.. RO Filters are pricey as hell..
