The Old World stuff is something I will pay attention to. They seem to concentrate on indica but maybe some sativa will show.

On the Mexican, I have the Sierra Madre at 4 weeks veg and none of the plants are over 8 inches tall, some are about 6 inches. Does not look like a stretcher. White LED close to the plants will help keep them down.
I have had similar experiences with Mexican sativas. They trick you into thinking they're tame, and then when you flip to 12/12 they explode into giants. Now I usually grow out the females from seed and make a bunch of clones, and then flower them out as soon as they root. This way I always end up with 3-4' plants at harvest. Just my two cents.

I agree with you about the focus of OWO on pure indicas, but I'm really glad they're doing that work. There's a whole world of indicas completely unrelated to Deep Chunk, Afghani#1, Hindu Kush, etc. And for what it's worth, I've grown out their Maconha Kush and it was VERY sativa dominant. Kinda reminded me of the old highland Colombian in effect.. but different. Good for dancing and listening to music and stuff, and I don't remember any anxiety or paranoia either which is really important for me. I also recall it being a pretty decent yielder too. Now I just wish they'd release their Manga Rosa P1 in pure form. That would be REALLY awesome! I love my olden sativas. I've got a beautiful Punta Rojas going outdoor, in the ground right now, and in my tent indoors I've got some Acapulco Gold from Bhodi just finishing up.. Smelling SOOOO good.

Several members of our team have been in the Caribbean for the last week, meeting with some of our contacts down there. We will be working some very nice pure sativa landraces over the next year, so be on the look out for testers of these with your OES orders.

IMG_1315.JPG Don't mean to high jack homeys thread but I'll risk it...we just bought an 8 week old puppy yesterday and our older dog got very territorial completely unexpectedly. Bit and shook him and broke his elbow in a difficult to reach place. Surgery will be very expensive estimated 5000$. Can check my instagram @diabeetusdoobies on "how to help" also here is a picture of some badass seeds I've bought from OES
