I did too, at a summer camp. Loved it. I was 16. Had this huge steam cleaner/sterilizer, billows of steam, clanging dishware. They had to get me 2 assistants to keep up

Yep, but I got a rhythm going. Had a shit ton of racks and stainless conveyor. This camp had a staff of 70 and 500 kids. Most folks were afraid of the washer. I had my assits rinse and fill racks and then I blast them thru the the other guy emptied the clean racks. End of a shift my hands were so soft and sensitive that I could feel a couple degree variance
