Indoor Soil Grow problems. Can't clear 1oz/pp

Hey guys I'm new here but have been lurking for a while. Me and my buddy setup a room at his house but have trouble clearing even 1oz/per plant. The room is 12x11 with 4 1000w gravitas and 2 SunSystems 315 LECs. We do have a problem with low ceilings which are 7ft tall. The setup consists of a 28000 btu Aura Systems mini split, 4 burner CO2 burner, carbon filter and I believe 60-70 pint dehumidifier. I am personally not a grower and knew very little about it when we started but even after first couple harvests I'veearned a lot. He uses his own soilless mix which consists of a mix of 1 bag of fox farms ocean Forrest, 1 bag of bush doctor coco loco and we add about 20% of that volume of pearl lite. The first 2 harvest came in about the same at .6-.8 oz per plant which is very low. We had the room trellised on each side and second time SCROGGED some of the plants. We fit 100 plants in there but it was pretty tight. The results second time around was pretty equal with scrogged and non scrogged plants weight times. On the plants the buds looked pretty good but when harvested they turn out very light and airy. Below is the nutrient schedule:
Veg:
Veg+bloom 3tsp
Calmag 10ml
Emerald garvest emerald goddess 10ml
Foliar:
Green cleean 2oz
Calcarb 2tbs
Azamax 5ml

Flower week 1+2:
V+b 3tsp
Emerald harveat emeral goddess 10ml
Emerald harvest micro 10ml
KSi 10ml
Carboload 1oz
Cal mag 10ml
Orca squirt per plant

Flower week 3-4
Addition of kool bloom 1/2 tsp week 4 can be a full tsp

Week 5 through 6 nutrients are gradully reduced down from ~850ppm down to 230.


Week 7- 8 plain ph ajusted RO

Inbetween nutrient feeding the plants are watered wuth ph adjusted RO

Veg time is about 4-6 weeks depending on strain and flower time is approximately 8-10 weeks. The strains we had were - Gelato, Afghani Kush, GG#4, Skywalker, Jack Herer and Blue Dream. The weight is the same across all strains. In the beginning the plants usually look great but towards the last couple weeks there usually a lot of yellowing. The Gavitas in first run were ran at 1000w and second run we didn't go above 750w setting but results were still similar. What are we doing wrong? We know the ceiling height is an issue but I don't think it affects the harvest by that much. All input is greatly appreciated. Will post some pics in a little bit.

Do you think the flushing can affect the harvest that much? Or just contribute to lower yield? We are thinking that our biggest issue is the low ceiling. I will read that threads after I finish work today

What kind of genetics are you using? Is it bag seed or are you using quality genetic. If it's bag seed i can see the problem already.

This our new run right now. They are almost out of transplant shock and should be ready to start flower cycle in couple days. Also this time we went with 80 plants instead of 100 to give them some more space.

Well it isnt your lighting because some consider Gavita as the best out there. Maybe it's how you have your room set up. Where is your fresh air coming from? What's your ppm set at for your co2?

Do you empty all the run off trays after watering or let them soak back up? Thats alot of plants to maintain each day. Are you putting in the man hours for watering. Flushing will make a big difference. Why deprive them of vital nutrients when they need it most?

Were they yellowed like that before going into flower? What's the temperature you're running? Why are you reducing nutes between weeks 5-6 when they are in the middle of peak growth? Running RO only the last week or 2 is all that's needed, feed those babies. Why are you cutting the FF with coco and perlite? Doesn't coco mess with PH? What PH are you feeding at? What's run off PH?

I'm guessing under fed and possibly a PH issue, based off those leaves.

The air we get is what's coming from the Mini Split

CO2:
Starting week 1 600ppm
Week 2 900
Week 3-8 1200-1800.

I see lots of tacoing in your pictures, i think you got heat issues.

We kinda narrowed it down that we have some hot spots. But the mini split at 28k btu should be able to handle 132 sq ft no problem even with gravitas in there. Right?

No they are not emptied after watering. The attention to maintain them is there.

Here is his direct answer to the question:

The plants are on week 7-8 when the nutes are reduced. They continued to push veg growth for 2 weeks.
Last 2 weeks they are fed some calmag with their watering.
Room is set to 17-18º C
Feeding ph is between 6.5- 6.8 dependent on what nutrients are being fed.
FF is cut w peralite to airate it more Coco is added due to proprientary blend of oyster shell, and bacteria withing the coco.
Run off is around 6.8-7.0


Also to add to all that, due to the age of the house we do have some places where spider mites come through but it is constantly monitored and sprayed.

Ding ding ding... If your grow room isn't hot then it's the heat on your canopy. Keep those bitches shorter and bushier.... pinch them young make the plant have some substance. Gavitas aren't regular 1000's...

18 degrees and your running co2? Should be at more likely 30 degrees. But seriously.... shorter and bushier and canopy and room heat and your yields should be a lot more. I have friends that pull 3 a light from a gavita.... not me though lol.

Seriously? Thats y u think his yields r that low? Give me a break. Consistently pulling 2+ per light with a 2 week flush...we need a thread the truth about non flushing...im so sick of this debate...chlorophyll tastes like shit! I dont want to wait 6 months to smoke my gear....2-3 weeks tops and its smooth as silk....

Vapor Pressure Differential...they look like their transpiring like mofos. How much air circulation? Just that 1 wall mount? Those exposed bulbs must be cranking out major BTUs. Grab a temp gun and check those leaf temps.

18C, that's low 60s F. You could ease up on that AC. I think that's pretty chilly. Try mid 70's. The room and soil is cold, but I bet the leaves get toasty. Watch some Vids on VPD.

1)Air blowing from your mini split is recycled room air. My ac does not exchange indoor/outdoor air.
2)constant plant issue too

after you dial in your temps etc, pick up a light meter and do some comparisons... I think you will be surprised.

your main problem is over crowding, cut that hundred down to fifty and you'll see much better results for many reasons. The lights are too high up, see how those big buds are forming right under that light? They are having to stretch for light the entire time, at the very least get a good reflector, those big ass parabolic ones to cover that space better. Week 5-6 is no time to cut nutes, you'll find most plants will go ten weeks to get that final fattening you're after. Besides that something is definitely off about the whole thing, those plants are growing very raggedy. however I don't believe you'll see any real improvement until you cut your population.
