I am doing 2 sizes

22.5" X 19" for medium reflectors

The one pictured is 24"X28" for large reflector such as the Raptor

Is 6 boards doable in a raptor? We all know that we are talking 1K lamps when getting into hoods that size

Yes but 4 boards can do a 1000 watt replacement with 600 watts. 6 boards would give more light of course.
