I meant to ask you what you veg your plants in mate? I see the little red cups and I got curious......
My plants are recovering slowly but surely...problem being auto's, they're on an unstoppable mission so they won't yield great but the next go will be so much better.....
Got 2 will be ready in 2 weeks and 4 in 5/6 weeks then the coco fun starts :D
I might set up a small veg tent in my bedroom to keep the process ticking along once I get the next run up and running.....Is it possible to just have a small tent and a light, no extraction for vegging?

High there @StonerCol , I got a 30" x 30" tent for that very purpose and have noticed a good bit of condensation without the use of a small extractor fan and a bottom vent open.
It's in the Coldest part of my property though, with no heat in room.
Should be ok for veg BUT not for flowering, in my case anyhow.

Yeah it would be in the coldest room of my place too, the bedroom...but I'll use a large cfl for light/warmth and just stick the tent in the corner. Gotta be better than waiting for veg to happen each time.....that's a PITA! I'm looking at a 50cm x 100cm x 50cm tent and will have 8 or so small plants so hopefully that'll do the trick! Why be impatient when I can just buy another tent :D

In some ways it's brilliant having a walk-in kitchen pantry as a groom but others it's a pain, I can't extend it...and I need to get a silent fan too.....still, all part of the learning curve...it's barely a year since I started my new hobby so I'm not expecting miracles right from the beginning.......

Yeah plenty of options I reckon mate.....just a case of sussing them out.
Hopefully on the QB trail in 3-4 weeks and the switch to coco....then the real fun begins....gotta get me some Casey Jones on the go I reckon..... QB+CJ= :joint: heaven :)

Ideally if you're not running CO2 you want to have at least some small amount of air removal so that you can replenish the CO2 in your grow room. At a push it can be done in a closed space, but if you can use a 4" PC fan it would be much better. I use one for my 2x3' tent and it works great. Use small efficient LEDs ~100W for the least amount of heat.

Thanks man :) I've got fans coming out my fecking whatsit....no shortage there so should be able to sort something.
If I'm going coco do I also veg in the same and just pot up as normal? Basic Q but only grown in mud :)

Hope y'all are havin' a happenin' Sunday...... @lukio is probably running the London Marathon to burn off all the Easter chocolate eggs :D

Honestly I've never grown in Coco (massively ironic considering I live in a Coco producing country - don't get me started) but I'm pretty certain it's the same drill as usual with your dirt. Happy Sunday fam.

I've been so busy setting up I haven't caught up this week. WOW is all I can say! It's the best journal I've seen in a long time! I love the next round of plants too. You have your shit together man! lol

sup! Hope peeps are well. ive been bloody busy, so busy i was up til 4.30am hanging those bastard plants!

ive come to the conclusion that growing where i do is a stupid idea! i realised this at around 3.45 while i was in a rammed tent in nothing but my boxers absolutely fucking covered in resin and bits of cut up bloody scrog net, so incredibly sure the whole of the South East of England knew/could smell what was going on. My neighbours are way too close for comfort.

its done. theyre hangin - its 20c and 50% RH. The Casey is a monster...fat bats for days, the blue og and grapefruit diesel smell amazing. Should of grabbed more pics but i was losing my sweaty, sticky, covered in scrog fluff mind :rolleyes:

i'll take some proper macros at some stage, probs after ive convinced the Mrs i havent totally lost my mind :bigjoint:

I've found the smell from a slow cooking rib of beef masks the smell on chop down day.
