My plants like co2 around 1500ppm and there is no adverse effects of this ppm to the ecosystem. Unless you simply don't want more plant life on planet earth that scrubs co2 and feeds people and animals.

Matter of fact the very words "fossil fuel" literally means plant matter fossils, not t-rex you simple little boy child.
