I'm in the southeast of England, I've been admiring your work with the BM's and Q boards, I have GOD's, 3590's and D paps which I love, rehomed my gavitas (too hot) and was looking for first hand advice on the boards, just purchased 2x 260 kits.

Have you been lurking the quantum board threads?
I have, but it's almost info overload, threads can also end up getting disjointed and contradictory so just some simple pointers would be helpful.

The first biggest problem is one of inventory vs demand; the new, bigger shipment sold out in 5 minutes.
They're an incremental improvement over COB LED.
They use the same drivers.
They don't need as much cooling because they're bigger and shed heat over a larger area.

i havent finished a grow with them and im under all sorts of different light but theyre pretty straight forward, dude. i run RO water and go heavy on calmag, canna coco nutes at 1.3 ec. same as ever, no change really. i dont buy the led deficiency thing - i think its colder temps that ruin people when they change from hid.

Agreed on the temps thing.
So they're better than the lighting I'm currently using and there's not much else to concern myself about? Sounds great.
