Body odor
ExactlyThese replies are hilarious. Its probably just your histamines reacting to the plants "defense system". As in, your immune system is reacting to something it feels is a threat and so is the plant. Theres a reason this only happens while trimming "fresh" plant material.
You're not "allergic" just having an allergic "reaction".
Some strains cause this, some don't. Could be those with a certain terpene profile as well. (cat piss comes to mind as a snot runner)
It takes time but you learn.....Running a perpetual op....you learn quicker....The only real problem I have while trimming is touching my eyes or eye.
I'll be really conscientious about it at first, but as the hours drag bye, I forget and end up touching my eyes!
Man does it burn.
Anyone ever get sick while trimming? The past few harvests I've got super bad head she's and even nausea while trimming. Not sure if its the pungent odor but its killing me. Anyone else have this happen?
gary where you @ ?gary goodson gets sick when he trims his plants He sees all the bugs and mold and almost zero yield very sickly plant that makes you sick looking at it lmfao
Hey, this thread mad old but was wondering if you know if the irritant on the trim ever decays or something because i was hoping to make edibles and worried about long term consumption of irritants. It's good to not touch your eye's or nasal passages while trimming.
That sticky all over your hands is an irritant. It's meant to repel things that would consume it...
It'll make your eye's swell and itch - nose too....
EASY way to 100% remove the sticky from hands? Spray WD-40 on your hands and use a paper towel to wipe them off...get's under your nails and such too..
Then wash hands normally to remove the WD residue.......BOOM, NO STICKY!
Trimming down big gassy pungent buds make me tear up; sometimes to the point of nausea. Take lots of little breaks; cannot rush finish trimming. Listening to something groovy along with a dank local brew seems to help keep you focused somehow; highly suggest Frank Zappa. Works for me.Anyone ever get sick while trimming? The irritant is plant resins. Decarb your material and it will be fine for consumption.Hey, this thread mad old but was wondering if you know if the irritant on the trim ever decays or something because i was hoping to make edibles and worried about long term consumption of irritants.
